Stephanie is a corporate and securities attorney whose practice focuses on the representation of public and private technology companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, start-up company counseling, new entity formation and organization, venture capital financing and intellectual property licensing.

Stephanie is a member of the State Bar of California.

Before joining Vasquez Benisek & Lindgren LLP, Stephanie was a corporate associate with Fenwick & West LLP.

Stephanie earned her B.A. cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1996 and her J.D. magna cum laude from University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2000 where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and the recipient of the Hugh and Hazel Darling Foundation Scholarship. Stephanie also holds an M.F.A. from Columbia University.
