Rob McArthur is a seasoned intellectual property and commercial lawyer. For over 20 years, Rob has advised a wide range of clients on both hard and soft IP issues. He counsels start-up ventures to large publicly traded companies in long range strategic planning, technology and business dispute resolution, and daily corporate matters. His practice includes:
- IP portfolio management, procurement and enforcement including complex litigation, prosecution, licensing and administrative review actions.
- Commercial and business law counseling including trademark, copyright, marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and promotional rights.
- Patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, technology and business litigation matters
Before joining Vasquez, Benisek and Lindgren LLP, Rob was with Morrison & Foerster LLP and Graham & James LLP. He earned his B.S. in Physiology from University of California, Davis and his J.D. cum laude from the Loyola Law School where he was the Symposium Editor of the Loyola Law Review. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
