Barbara is a corporate and securities attorney whose practice focuses on the representation of public and private technology companies in a variety of transactions, including start-up company counseling, new entity formation and organization, venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Vasquez Benisek & Lindgren LLP, Barbara was a corporate associate with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP.
Barbara earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 and her J.D. cum laude from Santa Clara University, School of Law in 1995 and is a member of the State Bar of California.
