Glenn Boisbrun is an IP attorney. His clients run the gamut from small entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Glenn’s broad range of intellectual property experience includes handling patent and trademark preparation, prosecution, post grant proceedings, and litigation matters. He also has been involved in patent licensing matters and has provided opinion letters relating to defenses against patent infringement. Glenn has represented clients in electrical, telecommunications, computer, semiconductor, and software-related areas including artificial intelligence and virtual reality. He also has general business and legal experience performing several roles including CEO and General Counsel of Veroscan, Inc. Glenn also holds an M.B.A. and has experience running his own company and participating in the development of several smaller technology companies as both an advisor and Board member.
